I'm working on new farm website - suggestions needed.

It's looking good in firefox! I love the pictures of your home... just wow.

The only suggestion I have has to do with the sunflower. Something about it kept making think the page hadn't loaded correctly. Feels sort of cock-eyed. Other than that, looks great!

I can't get the buttons on the side to work either. I have Internet explorer 8, and I hate it! It shuts down on me all the time. I got the plans for my website through Yahoo small business. It's like $12 a month. It was really easy- but way to small.
Make sure you have enough room to add on, or you'll get stuck like me and have to start all over.

Guys could do some skeet shooting (we have a thrower). Have a picnic, etc. Could also have a farm education day and teach city folk how to raise chickens and other livestock.

And my favorite idea, is to have the two orphanages nearby be able to bring the kids to spend some time on the farm (that would be free). We actually have an orphanage "Childrens Home" in Natchez and a Boys Home there. I feel for these kids and wish there was something more I could do.

I have IE 8 & just had to refresh to see the pics a couple of pages.Could be on my end, we've got dial up.

The side bar works fine for me.They only thing I noticed was the "contact us" link at the bottom of each page would take you to the "farm pics" page.

I think you should charge for showings! It may be a super-cool place, but it's still your home! Very Sweet of you to allow strangers into your house. When I was kid they had one of the original mansions of one of the towns founders and they had regular visiting hours and admission, it was very fun to go see.
I cannot imagine the time and effort that goes into repairing and updating a home that old and big! My house was built in the 1940's and it has been one crazy job after another here.

How are things in your part of the world? Are you getting this same cold weather? I know I shouldn't complain after all these months of extreme heat but now it's been three months of daily rain and today it's cold. I've started winterizing coops. I'm not sure I'm ready for winter. We definitely need to stock up on pellets for the wood stove - we only had 3 bags left from last winter and we bought a full ton.
