Immediate Death Chickens! What do I do?

My chickens range from 1month too 5years.....I haven't wormed them I'm not sure what too worm with...

Id use the Safeguard liquid for goats. 3cc to a gallon of drinking water for 5 to 7 days..repeat in 14.

I use fenbendazole as directed by my avian vet (Safeguard for Goats or Cattle at TSC) at the rate of 50mg/kg by mouth and repeat in ten days. 50mg of Safeguard for Goats/Cattle is .5cc.
