Impacted Crop? 1 wk old keet needs help

I have a young keet who is gasping for air as it appears. This little guy is only a week old, very small, and very off balance. I've been massaging it's crop and notice a little bit of water comes up, should I give it some oil like you'd do for a chicken?

Never had an impacted crop before but if so would olive oil work?
