Impacted crop? Help?

One of my girls has a large crop, peeps and just stands there. Not pooping like she was earlier. All others are poop rockets.

Any ideas as to what I do.

How old is she? If she is just a chick, have you checked for pasty butt? Being stopped up at the back end will cause things to back up at the front end, if you know what I mean. They usually "peep" when they are struggling to poop. I've never had a bird peep with an impacted crop and it would be quite unusual for a chick to be impacted unless they have been fed something inappropriate.

Yep it was pasty butt or something.

I checked them this morning, and she was clean, I massage it and it actually seemed like a piece of something. Kind of hard and my wife said it looked like a poop but hard, it felt like a real small almond which is why I had trouble getting it out it wasn't like pasty...and matted feathers. It dropped in the brooder and she did not see it.

She pooped a minute later...sorry for the false alarm. Thank you for the fast response!

I was about to! She is the one I named Miss Piggie! She eats ALL DAY LONG!

When she stopped eating and her crop was huge I was kind of floored. I am going to watch them closely. She pooped again and they are all sleeping now. No more peep peep from her either.

She eats grit, they all do. She like to muddle all day long so I am going to pull the muddler for a bit and use it as a treat only.

Ok, so I don't see her poop that often, but I am not watching her all the time. I might isolate her. Any other ideas as to what, if anything I should do?

She seems to be eating fine. Her fluff is matted on both cheeks, feels like feed the wet mash dried there. She did muddle A LOT yesterday.

She seems ok, but here is a video, I am trying to get a good pic of the matting as no other has that matting to their cheek fuzz.
