I think that my hen has an impacted crop. I have seen her doing a neck moving motion which I’m sure is her adjusting her crop. I checked her in the morning and her crop size seems to be the same as yesterday evening and I haven’t fed her anything yet, also the crop feels hard and lumpy. This is my first time dealing with impacted crop, I don’t have a vet so what are the natural ways to help her?

She pooped this out a while ago, she is still alert and wants to go foraging outside. I heard that coconut oil can help but I can’t seem to find any coconut oil around my house at this moment so is vegetable oil a okay alternative?

If it's the poop in the foreground, that's a very healthy poop. It doesn't indicate yeast as yet. You've likely caught this crop issue early enough where yeast won't be a problem.

You can use any vegetable oil. Just be very careful you don't get it into the airway. You can syringe it into the right side of her beak as this photo demonstrates.

The hen is still drinking the water so she might drink the oil herself, I’ll try to syringe feed her if she doesn’t. Here is her most recent dropping
