Impacted Crop

Noticed a bulge that doesn't seem to come and go like over eating might cause. Is this an impacted crop? In the photos below it's the black Serama hen. If it is impacted what can be done if she will not let me go near her?

It does look enlarged--it could be impacted, sour, or a pendulous crop where the muscle is stretched out from overeating. Wait until she is asleep in the dark, and with a flashlight pick her up and examine or treat her. Smell of her breath, or if she vomits any brown foul-smelling liquid that is a sign of sour crop. Colace (doccusate sodium) capsules are sometimes used in treatment of crop problems.Here are some articles about crop problems:
