Impacted Crop?

Hello. I am in PA and we are having a cold snap after some beautiful weather last week. My juvenile chicks - approximately 11 weeks old - are in a grow out coop. Yesterday, my son came running in with one of our light Brahmas. She was all fluffed up and very cold. He found her in the run like that. She was extremely cold. I put her in our bathroom, wrapped in a towel, with a small heater running for a while. Her feet were like ice. I'm not sure why she didn't go back into the coop, but she didn't. There was no visible injury or damage.

I have given her water with electrolytes for chickens. I had to dip her beak to get her to drink. As of last night, her crop seemed very hard to me. She has pooped several times now. At first, it was very black and looked a little like tar. She has had a more normal bowell movement since. She has started to cheap again. This morning, when I checked her crop, it was still large and hard. I am still only offering water. She is still fluffed up and sleeps a lot, but her body is definitely much warmer.

For those of you with more experience, does this sound like an impacted crop?

Hi. I will have to try to take a pic when I get home. I don't think it is her crop. It softened last night and was empty by this morning, but she is very lethargic. I offered scrambled eggs, but she isn't eating and she is only drinking if I dip her beak. She is still in my bathroom, so she is warm, but still feels cold. I'm baffled. I'm not holding out much hope that she will be alive when I get home.
