I have a year old easter egger with a impacted crop. It is abut the size of a tennis ball
I have isolated her with only water for 24hrs and massaging crop 3 times a day with little difference. Today I gave her pureed pumpkin mixed with plain yogurt and scrambled egg. She wouldn't eat it until I sprinked a touch of feed on top. She is acting normal but this impaction has me very concerned . What else can I do for her ? A vet visit is not an option unfortunately but she is one of my sweetest girls and would hate to loose her

Hens go broody when you don’t want them to… and won’t go broody when you do.
