You are welcome - a side note with the grit - the hatchery said to offer it in a separate dish and not to mix it with the food so she wouldn't eat too much of it when eating the food, and to make sure you use chick grit.

So glad to know this because I was never sure if I should put the grit in chick food OR leave it separate like you do with pullet/chickens. I did sprinkle in with the food but VERY little; I guess it was because I wasn't really sure. I actually have a chick that had to be syringe fed for her first few days and so she is tiny. She is eating and drinking, holding her own with the other chicks BUT she is a tiny one.
