my garden is completely confused - it has been a crazy mild autumn/winter here in the UK this year, I have roses flowering for the 5th !!!!! time since summer! my grass has started growing, everything is springing back to life - but its all about 3/4 months too early!!

Uh oh! Spring came early in Feb/March last year here. It felt like May for 2-3 weeks. Everything started growing. And then winter weather came back and killed all the new growth. Many plants really suffered that year.
