It changes a lot. A few years ago it was Love Letter (technically a card game) then it was Splendor, then Mystic Vale (also technically cards). Then I got hooked on Werewords. But I think if I had to pick just one it would be Kingdom: Death Monster. It's easy to learn and hard to master and you can dump literally hundreds of hours into it without getting bored.

If only candy crush had multiplayer then she would be able to really show her true colors in that game.
