We are in LA at the moment but we will be in the states for 2 weeks. My dad has been to every state in the USA

I assume your animals are safe from the fire that is maybe still raging?

Yes. We made arrangements for someone to come stay at our house and care for all the pets except the horse as he needs special care. We gave him a full safety brief on what he is to do should a fire threaten. everyone is safe and happy.
