In the emergency of a natural disaster where do you move your chickens?

I was thinking about depending on what's left of after the disaster. Shouldn't we wonder about ourselves 1st before anything else? I mean our safety 1st right??

Well yes of course. But if you are given the opportunity to get tour pets and animals out wouldn’t you rather do that? I would. If it means they have a better chance of survival. I was just trying to be prepared, so moving them before we came under threat seemed like a smart thing to do.

Heading home in approx 8 hrs. Thank goodness I’m travelling business, long flight ahead of us. I will be able to see what damage has been caused hopefully through the plane then I can see how bad and how close it is
