We have a creek running through our car port at the moment and the poor chooks are sopping wet but we are thankful and managing.

I hate the heat(no AC here)...and am petrified of fire and flood.

Not too hot, not too cold, no bad earthquakes, no typhoons or tsunamis, no really horrible droughts, so no bad fires.
We do have tornadoes, but not as many as south of us.

I am very comfortable inland away from the cyclones and giant waves. We do get the odd monster storm but thankfully not often. When you do get tornado weather does it tend to stick to a season?

Hah! I’m sure I have anxiety as a result of watching these fires come within 4 k’s of my house, I don’t think I will ever look forward summer again. I wish it snowed here....
