Inbreeding/defected cygnet?

I just had one of my baby swans hatch a little while ago. We bought the eggs from a friend so we could pair up unrelated cygnets with ours. Here is what I noticed on this little guy. He’s got an extra toe in the webbing on both feet. Both toes are same size and same spot.
We have one more going to hatch I am curious if he will be the same.

She's my little 4 legged chick. I know somewhere in there are links to other threads that had other strange issues like the duckling with the foot on its head.
