If you only have 1 rooster, how does inbreeding effect the future offspring?
 
You can safely inbreed chickens for a few generations- but it's best to add some unrelated blood to the flock to keep undesireable traits from becoming the norm.

You will eventually see a degrease in 'vigor' in future generations. Wheather it's fertility, weight gain, or an increase in undesirable recessive traits showing up.

One rooster for now isn't a problem.
 
First question: Is your cock related to your hens?

Second question: Are these exceptional birds or just average?

If they are just average I wouldn't start inbreeding.
