Increasing Hatch rate of shipped eggs????

This is my first time. I got sent 16 and 15 are forming

Beginners luck? I put them in the incubator after waiting just 2hrs.

have heard others uses this technique of not marking "eggs" on the box. of the 5 shipped chicken egg packages I recently got, only one did not have marked "eggs", that one (btw, 2nd worst packaging) has the most developing/hatching chicks.
