See, that is one of the issues with nonsecured photo's, all you have to do is right click and it will be saved to computer. Needless to say, its interesting you was able to find it. I know we can tell our own kids from anothers, but when I upload a pic online, I expect someone to use my pic. That is the issue with photobucket or any of those.
I recall a number of years ago, my mother took a picture of a once in a lifetime sight, and when she eagerly waited for the photo to come back, the negatives had been cut and one frame missing, also she never recieved that one picture. She found it in a magazine!!!!!!!! No negative or pic, so she had no way to prove it.
A few years ago there was a lot of these types of issues.

Has anyone found out who this person is?

Are or were they with BYC?

and WHO has showable white orps with white legs in the USA?

The fact that this person doesn't know anymore about breeding than this, would make me afraid to even purchase eggs from them. They obviously don't know much about breeding. And yes, I also found this comment in the e-mail/reply to be very rude. What do they mean exactly when they stated, "I sure would not want any of his hatching eggs...."? They liked Jody's breeding stock enough to steal pictures of her rooster to represent as their own so they must be envious of her chickens. If she had not included that little statement in with her apology, then it might not have ever been rude, but yes, that was rude. I have personally bought hatching eggs from Jody and all but two or three hatched. Those little Buff Orps. were some of the cutest darn chicks I have ever hatched and they are so sweet!

Not this person, apparently. Because the white orps pictured are stolen pics also.

I emailed to ask if the chickens pictured were the "parents" of these eggs, here is the reply:

All of these are my own stock except the 2nd picture down...I found this old guy on the net...a lady asked me if my breeder stock was young or old...I put pic 2 in to contrast my young roos...All my Buff Orpington Stock in these pictures are less than 1 year old. They are the parents of these eggs up for bid...Thanks you for your question...God Bless You and Yours!

Which we now know that none of the pics in this auction belong to this seller.
