Whats to stop a person from stealing pictures - selling supermarket eggs and blaming it on the post office when the eggs don't hatch!

OH BOY! WHAT A PICKLE!
Look guys. I have actually purchased 24 eggs from her. 12 white and 12 buff orpingtons. And let me tell you. She is one fine lady. I don't know why she posted a picture that doesn't belong to her, But I'm pretty certain it wasn't to be malicious.
She sent me the best shipped eggs I've ever seen. And although she doesn't guarantee a good hatch. When I emailed her about my less than great results she wasted no time at all in sending me another batch. She didn't even charge for shipping! They are in the bator now. The ones that did hatch are the cutest little buggers you ever saw. I posted them on other forums. Featherfooted went through the same thing. And I told the seller about her too. The seller told me to have featherfooted contact her. The end result. She too is getting another set of eggs.
Judging by the way she treats her customers. I REALLY don't think this was done maliciously. Give her a chance before contacting Ebay. Fraud is the LAST thing on this sellers agenda.
