Hi there. I have everything from quail eggs to duck eggs I would like to incubate and I was just wondering if it's best to put them all in at the same time and let them hatch whenever or to stagger them putting duck eggs in first and quail last to try to achieve the same hatch day.

You want them all to hatch on the same day, so you need to stagger the set dates. You don't want a staggered hatch if you only have one incubator, especially as staggered as you're thinking of. It's a pain and is hard to manage.

However hatching quails and ducklings at the same time is probably not the best idea. Ducklings are so much bigger than quail that they may well crush or injure them while they're all in the incubator together.
