Incubating duck eggs!!!/ hatch along for any bird

It's only day 2 for my 12 duck eggs. What days should I candle?
*squirming with excitement*

It is also day 2 for my batch of Ancona ducky eggs!!! Eggs citing... I'm a nerd couldn't help myself lol what kind of duckies did you get?

I have two pekin drakes and two pekin females. I'm incubating their eggs. With a 2:2 ratio, they're more than likely fertile.
We bought them with several others at TC last year. (Out of 11 only 3 were girls, and one girl died).

One of my duck eggs has some sticky stuff at the top of it. I was going to remove it, but that would disrupt the whole line of eggs because it's the one being leaned on by the others. Should I wait another day or so?

Pictures?

It isn't actually shiny

It could possibly be yolk from another egg. I would give it till day 7 and candle if there is a live embryo, I see no problem.

I'm so excited! I couldn't wait till yesterday, so I went ahead and candles one of my 12 duck eggs tonight. It's fertile! Hopefully I'll have some ducklings around May 2!
Chickster5003, I didn't candle the sticky one. I'll do that one and a couple others tomorrow (day 7)

I'm about to post some pics. Today is day 7 of my 12 duck eggs' incubation. I candled them tonight and they all look great! I put 7 chicken eggs in with them. Maybe they'll hatch.
Because duck eggs incubate longer, does that mean their development is different? So on day 7 of a chick, it's more like day 5 for duck?
I'm SOOOOO excited!!!!
