Incubating HELP needed - sticky chicks

My last hatch at home, I had a problem with some sticky chicks. This hatch we just did at school, I'm having the same problem. I keep the humidity around 40-50% through day 18, then move it up to around 60%. What am I doing wrong? We are starting another hatch in 2 weeks & I want to fix my problem.

I had the same problem with my first chicks when they hatched. Raise your humidity up to 70% and things will be just fine !

You may need to lower your humidity for the first 18 days. I run mine about 30% for the first 18 days and don't have that problem anymore.

I only raise the humidity to 70% for hatching.
