Incubating Muscovy Duck eggs

Day 28 and weigh in day 5 eggs are off by more than 1 gram and those eggs also have large or mishapen air cells. The other 6 are right on or either off by one gram give or take. All the babies are still moving and pretty much fill all the space in the eggs now. Going to stop turning eggs on day 30 hopefully that is okay. Tried to ask if this was the right day but got no replies from people with muscovy experience so I guess I will have to wing it.

Here are pictures not sure how good they are.

Large but fairly normal air sac.

This is one of the odd shaped ones. It has a dip in the air cell taking up baby room. Baby is still moving vigorously though. Thoughts would be great.

Okay air cell but bigger than I expected.

Another weird air cell with a dip into the baby area. Hopefully the baby will be okay. Doesn't seem to have much room to grow in there.

Normal weight for this egg. Air cell looks okay and so does the baby.

Same here.

Another weird one. Is this normal for shipped eggs?

Baby seems a little small in this one but is moving around a lot.

Normal looking egg.

Same here.

Any thoughts or tips would be great. This is my first muscovy hatch so I am learning as I go. I followed Yinepu's guide and think I did a good job since the 6 I lose in the beginning one was cracked and 5 were non fertile. Would love input from people who might have ideas what I should do for the next few days until hatching.

2 of the eggs we have look just like your in the last picture the other egg has a bigger air cell with a dip down one side. They are about as old as your eggs but we're not 100% sure since they fell out of a nest. What is your temperature and humidity level? I know the humidity can make the air cells too big or small depending on how high or low the humidity is.

400

Temp is set for 99.5 and humidity is ranging from 30% to 50% right now. Friday I will remove the turner and lay the eggs down. Then candle each day for internal pips. The guide says to wait for the internal pips then raise humidity to 65%. Hopefully they do okay.

Thats around where ours are at but im keeping the humidity around 40 to 45 I have one lady I spoke to through email that told me to keep the changes in humidity to no more then 10% because big swings can be bad. Good luck I'll keep my fingers crossed for you, im hoping ours make it too

Mine too. I thought it was really funny because my eggs are hatching the 18th give or take and I ordered some from country hatchery and they should be here the same day so they will all be the same age. My sisters Muscovy hen started sitting too and she is thinking about the same time as my eggs that hers should hatch so we will have babies everywhere.

Im hoping to have babies lol all I hear is how its so impossible to hatch muscovys so im keeping my fingers crossed!

Oh me too. I have been messaging people on here but not many people answer back and the ones that do don't know any more than I do so I guess we will all learn together and just keep our fingers crossed that some of the eggs hatch.

This is the guide I have been following.
