They sure all look clear, and it's, what, day 8-9??...
.....hard to know if he was missing the mark or your incubator is off temp.

'clear' meaning.....?
And yesterday should have been Day 7.

eta: My temp has been steady at 95, the only fluctuations I've had has been in humidity.

Clear meaning no growth/development.
95°F is not warm enough.
Needs to be 99 with a fan and 101 if no fan.

Lord, I feel like such an idiot that I got the temp wrong. I can guarantee you this though, I won't ever forget 99.5 instead of 95.

Don't beat yourself up...if it was your first time incubating, expect some mistakes.

Everything I've been reading, since Aart pointed it out this morning, says it has to be about 99.5 and that even 3 degrees variation for a period longer than an hour would kill the chicks, or in this case, keep them from developing.
