Incubating quail and a chicken eggs together

Have you hatched quail and chickens together before?

I've hatched both but not together at the same time.

Have you been candling to check to make sure they are developing?

Today is day 10. Yes I have 2 thermometers (one came with the incubator) but i did not calibrate. How does one calibrate a thermometer?
