Not that this is a big issue (since it's done), but your chicks can stay in the incubator for up to 30 hours with no problems. Each time you open the incubator, it will let out some humidity and the membrane of the eggs that haven't pipped/hatched will "shrink wrap" the chick inside, killing it.
Also, Robbie at James Marie Farms has the best A&M eggs on the market that grow into nice size birds, and he garantees a 50% hatch. Just my opinion, but getting A&Ms from another source is like taking a step backwards and a big gamble that may not be worth the risk. I have ordered A&M eggs from another source, and they turned out to be similar to the English White in size and weight. The "other" A&Ms provide small eggs compared to the JMF quail I raised.
