did you ever answer me about your coop? I think I missed it finished? how had you decided to put the run on the hill?

If anyone is interested, I posted some pictures of my heritage RIR chicks from March 25 on the Heritage RIR thread.

What!!!! we are not good enough to copy them here? oh the shame dax lol

What breed are your goats? boer? do you milk them? or going to?

We have 16 chicks in there. Ahhhhhhhhh

How do I get humidity down?
you dont let it go!
Yeah, I don't remember the question, though, or my answer. In the interest of time, I ran the wire end to end in one piece, conforming to the terrain. It doesn't look as bad as I figured it would.

What I do in a 60-70 degree house is put a 75w bulb in for 2-3 weeks depending on breed and feathering then I switch it out to a 45w and in a week I take the plastic top off and put wire over the entire top, and then put a NON HEAT making bulb in just for light during the day and turn off at night, then when almost feathered except heads they go out to brooder outside.

Do you have Marbles in the waterer? or little pebbles?
This keeps them from possible drowning the first few days, it can happen.
The marbles also attract them to the water, and they naturally are drawn to drink!
Also dip beaks lightly to attract them to it. ACV in the water? or PRO VITS?

I think "no climb" fencing has the small holes at the bottom and goes up to the big ones at the top.
I know this is what we had at the old house and I hated it, the strands are wrapped and they actually can be pushed. And the welded wire is a solid 1.5 x 2" squares not 4" like that one is. weird....

You can't break the welded wire? I thought it was fairly easy to break and I wasn't even trying to do it.
