I think that I can make from it delicious meals! I see hamburger mix from it and lamb with some apricots souasc!
Or some long cooked stew with red wine.

Just because it has no fat doesn't mean it's bloody tasting. I'd take venison (I cleaned) over beef any day. We go through probably about 6 deer a year if I can get them.
