Lol, not yet 7more weeks or 6 now

We are having a case of the disappearing chicks. They just run through the dog pen panels. I think the dogs are eating them. Finally put up chick fencing over the dog panels. Very sad . But I am still on a learning curve.

It has been so hot here I don't think my broody eggs will hatch. 105 last week. Over 100 all week. We put up some cooleroo shade clothes and misters. Hope that helps.

That's cool. Make sure she has a proper place to lay her eggs.

What can I use to sanitize my incubator. Nothing has hatched in it yet but I did have some eggs setting in it before I moved them to another incubator. Thanks.

I have been fencing, sold cockerels at the swap, rode my horse yesterday, fenced some more, and am trying to decide which pack trip I am going on to the Tetons and Yellowstone next year. Anybody want to come???
