I just tried candling my eggs I got in the mail. Some I cannot see an air cell at all.
I am going to have to hand turn 12 eggs. How should I choose which ones to hand turn? I could order another turner but it would take a week to get here.. The 15 eggs I bought turned into to 44.

You are searching a place that will be available 24/7 at your servic, and will give you ASAP answer to your question, and all of that with very high efficiency, that you establish its parameter? And all of this without paying? People pay hige $ for this kind of service!
Remind me pleas, I owe you somthing?

Lucky there are people on here that will help

Indeed, but in my opinion you will find them if you ASK for help, if you DEMAND it you will find nothing.

GGG of the day.
Today's great girl guitarist is Sister Rosetta Tharpe recorded in Manchester, England in 1964 - before most of you youngsters were born.
I think Chuck Berry got some of his moves from her.
Speaking of Chuck, he's 89 and I hope to see him perform one more time. Last year he appeared at the Duck Room in Blueberry Hill here in town about once a month and I was remiss by not making any of those shows.
I was at a club about 15 years ago at a Billy Peek concert. Billy Peek was lead guitarist for Rod Stewart for 5 years and featured on 4 albums. His big hit on his own label was "Can a White Boy Play the Blues?"
He was born here in St. Louis as was Chuck Berry. He grew up across the street from Chuck who taught him to play guitar. Billy started as a country guitarist but swayed by Chuck and Ike Turner, he turned to blues and rock.
So at this Billy Peek show, Chuck Berry was also in the audience, got on stage and played with Billy. It was a treat. Probably only about 100 people in the place. It is right next door to my pool team's home bar.

How do you use it?
As sn occasional dessert usually like my birthday. Usually as a hit plain rhubarb pie or sauce with vanilla ice cream. It does well on bread too. While I prefer the sauce or pie, my grandma's rhubarb strawberry jam iis to die for. Especially, if you have it on waffles with a thin bit of sour cream in place of butter. I tend to do the now to at least eliminate the crust. Thus, it is relegated to the occasional treat.
