Anyone that doesn't has no soul and doesn't deserve to live on this planet.

There... I said it.
Guess I'm moving to mars! I like puppies but have never "craved" their breath.

Hey Peeps, we should all update our siggys with what we are hatching and when they are due.. Because I hate not being able to remember and trying to search and not wanting to bother you all with having to repeat it over and over.. Okay???

Thanks for asking. All is well with me. Hubby is getting better, GS is getting sick. I've been called back to work after a 6 month lack of work (I work per diem). So, I won't be around as much. Have gotten 4 loads of leaves, and one more load will finish up. Over 70 bags, most of them the huge construction bags of very wet leaves, so it has taken 2 people to lift them into the truck. One more load to go, and I'll be set up well to do deep mulch with garden, orchard, green house, HK mound, and chicken run. Saving the driest of those leaves for the coop. The girls are excited. Egg count and size up. Got 12 eggs 2 days ago, and looks like I may have as many by the time today is over. May be due to the fact that I've switched to FF with mash instead of pellets. No other changes really. Picking up lots of egg customers at work. They're loving the "egg fact sheet" that I include for new customers.
oh no!! poor GS!!! good news on the work!!

It's usually more coarse than crumbles. Like chopped or crushed whole grains that haven't been milled into a powder...

but why not milled? you want to ferment it anyways? the process of breaking it down... dont make sense not to help that process along a bit faster by having it milled
