We have plenty of freezer space. All of the Canadians and snow geese are ground up and turned into jerky. Specklebellies are filleted and grilled/seared to MedRare. Ducks are grilled/seared to MedRare as well. I have a processing station in the shop with grinders, vacuum sealers, saws, running water, etc. We process and package everything from cows to chickens. Not a business, just doing what I grew up doing. My kids can all process too.
Nice! I love jerky. Getting a deep freeze is next on my buy list for the house

I process my meat all the time. I love elk meat. We have 5 huge box freezers in our garage, and I process for other people for a small charge. We farm sheep and rabbits too, so I process them too.

I've already got into the drink and I apologize but somebody asked about limits and I don't remember who. Yes everything is legal. My kids all hunt and throw in a buddy or two and you can have a pile of birds. If you are referring to the piles of snow geese, there is no limit during conservation season.

Sorry again for not remembering who asked.

That was me. No worries. Was all of that from one day's hunting?

Awesome!!!! The only way I'd have it. Meat doesn't come from the grocery store here.

Water in the brooder spring a leak, you should have seen them mob it when I finally found it and filled a new one.

In other news Dad went to hospital today, was coughing blood. They are sending him to Topeka. I knew he should have gone yesterday, but he's so stubborn.

He gives me such worry I tell you!
Glad you found the leak before anything bad happened. Those little boogers drink a LOT of water, don't they?

Sorry to hear about your dad, Veny. I hope he'll be okay!!!

Hope your dad is okay! Mine is stubborn too. He cut his thumb down to the bone with a grinder, had to force him to go to hospital... The next day he cut the front of three of his fingers open on a sharp piece of metal, and today smashed one of his fingers in the door... Dad problems never end... Again, hope your dad is okay!

Yes, each picture would be either a morning hunt or an evening hunt. The picture with all the snow geese and a 162 laid out front was in our wheat right behind the house. It was me, my buddy and my youngest daughter in a little over 3 hours.

I'll have to video the geese we have already that fly over my place everyday. It's deafening. Those geese tear the crap out of our fields. They can completely destroy a wheat field in no time.
