Nice! I love jerky. Getting a deep freeze is next on my buy list for the houseWe have plenty of freezer space. All of the Canadians and snow geese are ground up and turned into jerky. Specklebellies are filleted and grilled/seared to MedRare. Ducks are grilled/seared to MedRare as well. I have a processing station in the shop with grinders, vacuum sealers, saws, running water, etc. We process and package everything from cows to chickens. Not a business, just doing what I grew up doing. My kids can all process too.
