Should be building a new coop soon, as this one isn't gonna stand more than 3 more years w/o the roof falling in..... Or, if another tree falls on it, less than three! This one is REALLY hard to clean. Maybe I'll be able to get rid of the lice once and for all when I switch to a new coop......

ETA: It is so hard to clean because it is a converted playhouse, not intended for chickens. So it wasn't build with ease of cleaning in mind.
