He was going to put it on the ground however the best spot was directly over the gas pipe. I have too many trees.

Well I'm disappointed with my project roosters. The Dark Cornish beat by about 1/2 pound At least on the two I weighed. Not an average by any means but I did not expect that much difference especially since the DC is a week younger. I had to weigh them again as I thought the scale went wacky. DC actually looked smaller

Calling it a day for butchering at 5 roosters. 102 in the shade.

Is that a Maple syrup tree or some other type?

I've quite a few oak trees and there is quite a bit of shade. The guy just didn't know how to shoot above the trees for reception.
