Going to move the quail to the brooder in the coop today. JG have a week to incubate, not candled, no hands on approach worked last round so I am sticking with it.
My EE roo sounds different, we think he took a spur to his throat but have yet to grab him to check. He and the bantam rooster have been having mini fights last two days. May be time to remove spurs from the bantam. Fester gets to keep his, he is the protector of the bunch.
