Hard for me to sell some of the special ones... He hatched at the boarding stable around 2006, then moved with us to Morgan Hill in 2008, then to here in 2010. He's not a pet the way some are, he's just special.

I get that. I had one bird left from my 2009 flock till this year. She was a great Ameraucana hen that raised several broods of chicks for me and still laid great at 7 years of age but got killed by mink this year.
I doubt I could have ever killed her.

Only a few more posts and I'll hit 44,444!
