I am alive ... I think. Duckling is probably driving the neighbors crazy. I assume I will see her tomorrow if not today. It is weird being without her for so long.
I will try to get some outside work done today. They will probably call as soon as I get into it!

It's a good thing you don't live around a city. The raccoons would already have them around here.

I'm not pushing you to hand raise it. Maybe I misunderstood. I thought you had the egg in an incubator or under a chicken.

I actually thought you had that dove egg under a broody. Really wasn't sure how that frail egg was holding up but.
