My daughter was standing under the chickens, and got pooped on, and couldn't figure out how they got poop on her arm. I swear she's smarter than that. I had to explain to her, that they were standing above her head, and ask her where it would fall when it comes out... and she answered "down" so I asked her how it got on her arm.lmao yer terrible! I like you!![]()
She just stood there, stared at me a moment, then took like 3 steps sideways and goes "ew"

This is our juvie cage. I haven't quite figured out what to do for them when they get full sized. I want to let them free-range, but after our RIR started eating eggs, I don't want her teaching nay other chickens to do that, so need to redo the coop situation, with the boxes. I also kind of wanted to keep our EE flock, separated... still trying to figure out how to let them free-range, with a coop that's specific for them so they don't intermingle too much.
I have to fix the coop so the goats stop going in it too, before they break it apart.
We're going to be playing with designs over the winter, so next spring when they start laying, we'll have it all figured out.
Is it bad, when she got pooped on, I laughed?
