I love ham leftovers-pea and bean soup, breakfast casserole & really good sandwiches!

@Akrnaf2. Most people like a pineapple glaze with chunks or a curry sauce (I don't mind the glaze, but prefer the pineapple uncooked), cornbread is a popular side like was mentioned. It is a sweeter meat dish.
