Do you have a fan? What is your incubator? Does it have a thermostat? How often have you been adjusting it? Are you checking the temp in all areas of the bator? Is your thermometer calibrated? How did you calibrate it? What kind is it? What day are they on? What did last candle show? Sorry if I'm bombarding you with questions. I haven't been following your hatching details. That's definitely too much of a temp change. If you get a hatch at all, with those numbers, you're likely to have some developmental abnormalities. If I had to guess, I'd say that your thermostat is bad.

103 about sometimes 105.and the lows are between 85 and 95,

Wow, that is a lot of fluctuation. Do you have another thermometer you could put in there? Those thermometers that come with the incubators are known to be unreliable. I agree with @lazy gardener , it does sound a lot like a bad thermostat is the problem. I would put the eggs under your broody and save as many ad possible.

My way or the highway, eh, Sally?

My incubator may not be perfect and I may not have a 100% hatch rate but I would like to think there is a learning curve and I won't be smacked by hatching dictators.
@Kraftcrazychick

she is a friend incubating my eggs that I sent and gifted her, we have a private conversation going in email! she knows what we have been joking about in the messages, sorry for the confusion and to upset you!

Well,I thought my broody was broody then she got of the nest.I got a new thermostat control sent to me from Miller manufacturing.but I think the temp drop would hurt them if I tried changing it.

I may be wrong (was once before), but I suspect that "blood like stuff" is mercury with coloring for visability

I am really upset right now, anyone that knows me knows I try to really help people out, I go WAY WAY above and beyond helping people when they need help , I give them several REASONs why to do this or that, and @lazy gardener did EXACTLY what I am talking about that, explaining the garage flux in temps, low temps are bad, its better to range from 100-102 than 99 to 100!!! or 98.5 to 99.5

I dont ever want to be taken wrong, I know the people that have been with me for a long time know me, but I dont want the new hatchers to get me wrong.

I thought I explain everything! and that was directed at ross who is a friend and we joke alot

Mercury thermometers are rarely made any more because of environmental issues. It's not possible to color mercury. I think the red is colored alcohol. But, they work basically the same way as a mercury thermometer. The liquid in a mercury therm. will be silver colored, and hard to read. But, if you have a medical grade mercury thermometer, hang on to it. IMO they are very accurate. Also cost about $35 to buy!
