Now 1 week wait for the next batch in this staggered hatch.
Thanks - spoiler added!
I don't know - how would I work out whether there was bacteria present?
Several hundred posts to catch up on, did I miss anything important?![]()
You all are killing me with those chick pictures! I ''need'' some chicks now!
@All, Just out of curiosity, what do you do with all these chicks you hatch? Do you keep them all, or sell them?
I am really curious- how old is everyone? And where are you located? I'm 27 and in Kansas, USA
Im Under 21 and in northern CA
I'm not sure... I just assumed they are going to be white when they get older... These are the first baby silkies I've ever hatched or have seen. There was a white roo and a splash roo in with two blue or black hens. I'm not quite sure how to tell if the hens are black or blue... They look black but I was told they were blue. The light ones look like they could be splash? Love the splash.![]()
