There should be an Easter Hatch Along, that's when I want to hatch my prize eggs. Easter is March 27th next year.

I have a few external pips but 1 pip is halfway down the egg. Do I just let it be?

if you want to grab it out quick to check if its clear go ahead just make sure you wipe the side with a warm wet cloth to up humidity real quick, or mist side of bator, dont get eggs wet
or if you see that its clear let it go, just remember what time it pipped

Looks like you have a lot of pullets in there. Glad to hear the dropped egg hatched with no issues!

@ambe0487 , I don't like to pick up the eggs either, my hands shake to much, I would probably drop an egg if I did. I just left the eggs in the turner, and held the flash light to them. You couldn't see that much, but I could see enough to tell air sack size, whether they were clear or not, etc. If you can had a bright flash light you could probably be able to illuminate the egg enough to take a picture, assuming it was dark in the room.

On mine I can only tell 2 roos out of 14 at this point from vent checking, toe length size, comb, and wing check.

My last batch of 7 I had only one rooster.
