I almost bought a ticket 2 x but the lines at the store have been ginormous and I don't care THAT bad

do it...I don't ever play but I'm going to....it amazes me how sometimes the simplest decisions change our lives. Not saying you'll win.but if you don't Buy one you can't. But maybe you'll meet someone standing in line or something..,

I trust my chickens and I do know what is their condition and what they eat, so there is no problem to eat their eggs ANY way you choose , the pathogens in the eggs is the last thing that I worry about, because good cooking kill them entirely, I am worrying about the chemical that can be found in them! Antibiotics, pesticides, fungicide and 5 years ago they found one criminal farmer that the egg he produced had Arsenic!!!!
(And i don't trust government on anything! )

Thanks. Yes, KC is good. My name is Kaycey and KC is just so much easier to type. Love the EcoGlow20 warmer. Used them last year too. 2 chicks have already attempted to jump up on top of it, flapping their stubby little wings. Hilarious little guys. Picking up 3 Bielefelder cockerels and 2 Bielefelder/red Orp x pullets tomorrow. 3 months old. My flock of 14 has suddenly grown to 24 this week. OOPS.

Hey its me the broody chicken hatcher...so...things didnt go as planned and when i came home yesterday (day 25) my broody had decided she was done. I checked the eggs and one of my polish eggs still has a very wiggly little chick in it. I dont know how long she was off the nest but the egg still felt warmish. I fired up the incubator....in assuming that mu polish laid an egg on top of her halfway thru brooding that my broody took in because the chick appears to be around 15-16 days based on my limited candelling experience....so....my question is, is it even possible that this chick will hatch given all those conditions?

no not at all, just didnt know if you had a probe that would give you actual internal temps.  as long as your getting a steady 100 at the middle of the eggs you should be fine!
