When I was using a still air, I kept it around 100 and had pretty decent hatches. They were always early so I figured it was best not to increase the temperature. Could have been my thermometers too...how far along are they? I would say if you are closer to the end, they should be fine at 100.4...

Don't fret! You aren't that far off the temperature. If anything, without changing temps or anything they may just be a day or two late.
I would try, to just ease the temp up to 101. Not sure what kind of incubator you have but if it is the type with a manually adjusted thermostat (not digital), just barely move it a tiny bit at a time until you get it to 101ish.

Any experienced hatchers online right now? I'm a total newbie and need help! I'm a licensed vet tech and have raised all kinds of critters but I'm freaking about my first hatch. I have a borrowed Janoel 12 and shipped eggs. (Apparently a disaster waiting to happen.) Any advice is greatly appreciated! I just got the eggs today and I think they are scrambled

Update on the Trader Joe's eggs-
A little over half made it to day 7. More from one store than the other. There were about half a dozen blood rings removed last night which is an unusually high number but these are previously chilled older eggs.

These guys (about 3 dozen left) will be hand turned from now though and only x3 per 24 hours as I am hatching for a friend who dropped off about 150 eggs yesterday. His are precious so got priority for the shelves in the bator so will get turned hourly.
