It is the brinsea advance 20. The temp for chickens is 37.4 to 37.6C or 99.3 to 99.6F. It looks like the cool down is all at once, every 24 hours....

I didn't use that function, but I know people who do. Some studies showed the cool down period improved hatch rates, but I tried it the standard way last time. Maybe I'll try the cool down function next time.

There's a Brinsea thread somewhere in BYC. I think Yorkshire Coop uses the cool down on her hatches.
