I'can't convert C to F, but I'm sure Sally covered it in one of her articleson page 1; same with humidity.
You might want to keep a notebook with all the settings for the various stages of incubation; that way you wouldn't have to look it up or ask. Might be a lot easier for you.

have you been monitored by a cardiologist? Are you on meds? You are more at risk for a stroke.
