If it is indeed a Crele anything, I'm putting my money on Crele Old English bantam. These sell around $3.50... or tree fiddy as Yoke would say.Yes, I rather doubt the neighbor has true Creles. Maybe so. So they are probably a $3 mutt but it'll give the kiddo an honest opportunity to set local eggs.

It happens, Seth. You definitely want to get rid of "weeping" eggs. I hope you don't have the incubator running, because you're supposed to set the eggs at room temperature for 24 hours...![]()
