I just measured my coop, I can fit 48 chickens in and because of my huge run prolly could squeeze a few more bantys in.

You are NOT helping me!

Only problem it can't solve is the feed bill...

Hehehe! That's when you have parents that are willing to sponsor your obsession as long as they get eggs and meat. Also we sell our eggs too so that helps deviate the cost and gives an excuse for you to, guess what, get more chickens!!

An I the only one who can come up with solutions to these "inconveniences"??? The answer is right in front of your nose... surplus chickens equal surplus cash! Raise more chickens, and SELL THEM!!! (and keep your nose at a safe distance during all of this!)

Some idiot probably told her they have a stronger taste. Or, she is afraid of finding a chick. It is amazing what people tell us city folk. They think they are encouraging, but are actually saying the wrong thing.

They need to come hang out here for awhile... we encourage by saying the right things!!!

Tell her it is like getting a steak at Subway instead of whatever steakhouse is near you. It is better than McDonald's (store bought) but still not that great.

She won't listen to reason. Telling her how much more nutritious and tasty they are doesn't phase her. I guess she thinks Eggland's Best are created in a plant. If so, she'd be right... they are created in a plant... an egg plant!!!

You know whats funny , is here in Zephyrhills there is a egg factory ( yea i call it the egg factory) lol i used to live by it the odors and noises i heard come from that building was horrible , they have these long rectangular windows they would pull the blinds up duting the day and you could see chickens in a roll in cages in there i felt so bad for them , i seen the eggland best eggs truck pull up to it so they can load up the eggs , im so glad my chickens dont live like that , but its sad to see those ones like that
