The temp actually wasnt fluctuating like i thought i was reading the thermometer wrong i did good .17 out of 21 in lockdown and i have a way to add water now

So question about insurance from seller on shipped eggs. None of the 19 RIR or RIW eggs that were shipped to me are developing (day 8) The Wheaton Ameraucanas I receieved in the same shippment are growing. The seller had insurance on the eggs but i'm not sure what to do from here and I'm not sure who else to ask. Suggestions?
